Welcome to StayEase. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StayEase website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using StayEase, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

"User" refers to any individual accessing the Platform. "Owner" refers to users listing rental properties. "Tenant" refers to users booking properties. "Services" refers to all digital functionalities provided by StayEase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering binding agreements to use StayEase. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Account Registration and Security

Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. StayEase shall not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized use resulting from user negligence.

5. Nature of Services

StayEase acts solely as a technology intermediary connecting Owners and Tenants. StayEase does not own, manage, inspect, or control listed properties. Rental agreements are formed directly between Users.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to misuse the Platform, submit false information, engage in fraud, or violate applicable laws. Owners must provide accurate listings and pricing.

7. Payments and Fees

Service fees, listing fees, or booking charges may apply. Payments are processed through third-party providers. StayEase does not store full payment card information.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on property-specific cancellation policies. Service fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, content, and software associated with StayEase are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy or reproduce any portion without authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StayEase shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless StayEase from claims arising from misuse of the Platform.

12. Force Majeure

StayEase shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or regulatory actions.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
